SLK Xclusive Ltd reserves the right to change and update our Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

CLUB CRAWL POLICY:

Club crawl leaves assigned location at 8:30pm. If you are late, you will miss the part bus and your payment will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

SLK xclusive Ltd will not be responsible for any personal stolen assets.

Videos and pictures will be taken during club crawl for promotional purposes only.

PAYMENT POLICY:

SLK xclusive Ltd payments can be deposited into our business account, visa/master credit and debit cards, cash app, ekyash, zelle and PayPal. No deposit is required for club crawls.. Tickets purchased for the crawl will be valid for that day only. After purchasing your crawl tickets please contact the host to receive further details and more information regarding the event.

ALCOHOL POLICY:

You are allowed to bring your own drink with a corkage fee charge.

SMOKING POLICY:

Vaping is allowed

PROHIBITED:

Cigarettes/marijuana/tobacco or other illegal substances is Not allowed.

Weapons are Not allowed.

Eating on the bus is Not allowed 

For men flip flops/slippers (and/or)  shorts are Not allowed.

Refusing to follow rules will result in your departure off the bus immediately.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

Deposits will depend on the amount of hours bus is rented.

Full balance must be paid one day before rental.

In any such incidents on renter’s are not on time. SLK xclusive Ltd will NOT be  adding time or extending your reservation time. Extended time will result in additional fees.

Personal Belongings -- We recommend that all and any personal values be removed from the bus when unattended. We will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damage items.. It’s the renter’s responsibility to get any and all items off the bus that they bring on prior to the party.

There is a $50-$75 fee only for  cleaning -up vomit, urination, blood, feces in  the bus, if necessary.

Additional Time- SLK xclusive Ltd allows a 15 minute grace period for waiting.. If your

reservation goes more than 15 minutes over the pre-arranged time you will be held

responsible for any additional time exceeding your reservation. If over 15 minutes you

will be charged additional fees based on wait time.

Damage to Party Bus -- You are responsible for any damages or other losses to our property resulting from the actions and/or inactions of you or your guests during your event. Should you or your guests violate any of the Rules and Regulations set forth below, you agree by signing to be responsible for payment of all fees assessed as a result of such violation, no refunds will be given, & you will be held responsible for the entire amount of your charter and your credit card will be charged for any & all damages that occurred during your party rental. The driver and renter will walk the bus once the party returns to the final drop off location to assure there are no damages but if damage(s) are found it will be documented and addressed immediately and the owner(s) will be notified.

Unruly Behavior – SLk xclusive Ltd employees, agents and assigns have the right to refuse service to anyone at their discretion. Rentals can be cancelled if the driver feels that he/she or the passengers are unsafe. If any passenger is behaving in a disorderly, unsafe or illegal manner, the driver of the vehicle will evacuate passenger(s) off the bus on point of where the offensive behavior occurs. In the event that SLK xclusive Ltd is forced to cancel the rental because of behavior of passenger(s), SLK xclusive Ltd obligations under the charter contract will immediately become null and void, your deposit will be forfeited; and the entire trip balance will be charged to the credit card used to make the trip reservations. No refund will be made to you. SLK xclusive Ltd, its employees, agents or assigns shall be the sole judge of the passengers' safety and condition and the appropriate measures to be taken. SLK xclusve Ltd, its employees, agents or assigns making such determination shall not be liable for any mistake in judgment exercised in good faith.

Do not under any circumstance distract the driver while the bus is in motion. We want you and your guests to arrive at your destination safely. 

Bus Arrives Late -- Our party buses always make every effort to arrive on time. If the party bus is more than 30 minutes late, SLk xclusive Ltd will make every effort to compensate  you with extra time free of charge. In the case of the party bus does not show up, you will receive a full refund or credit
